Why brand identity should come before your next campaign
Advertising is a multiplier, not a fix. When the logo, colours, tone and promise are inconsistent, every rupee spent on reach makes the inconsistency more visible.
A workable identity does not need a hundred-page manual. It needs one clear positioning line, a defined palette and type system, a logo that works small, and a tone of voice your team can actually write in.
Once that exists, everything downstream gets cheaper: creatives are faster to produce, campaigns feel like they belong together, and customers start recognising you before they read the name.
If you are about to spend on ads and cannot describe your brand in one sentence, start there. It is the cheapest performance improvement available.
